• You resume will only be sent to a client once, you the candidate has given express permission to do so.
• Your contact details are only sent to the client on successful completion of an assignment, in order for the client (potential employer) to send you (Candidate) the contract of employment and offer letter. This will be done with your express permission

Your information is NOT shared with any third party or individual or past on for profit

Your information (Resume) is only forwarded to a potential employer once express permission has been given by you.

Data security

All Information at Mike Cooper Associates London Ltd is stored electronically on one server. No other party has access to this server

All Data is store within a bespoke Executive Search Software package and is encrypted

Within the Data Security policy we have a procedure relating to password protection of our software and hardware, and also the documents that we electronically transfer (most commonly by email) to third party providers. We also have a comprehensive procedure for IT security, setting down robust means to ensure that any electronically stored information is kept secure. Our storage of data is retained within the EU.

The review of our Data Security policy is continuous so that we always strive to update our procedures and to work proactively to protect client data.
